DESCRIPTION & PRODUCT INFORMATION
All products on the website are available while stocks last. Product photos and illustrations are published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described. When available, there are photos of each product, but it may be the case that there is no corresponding photo available for a product. The products shown on the website are available subject to stock availability.
Prices of our products are quoted in Swiss Francs. Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
Onzé may hold sales or promotions on its stock. These offers are only valid during the period in which they are published on the website and cannot be requested following this period.
Your local VAT and import tax might be applied to your package if outside of Switzerland. Onzé will not pay for any additional costs incurred at customs.
COMPLETING A SALE, PAYMENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Before clicking the ‘checkout’ review that the color, model, and size of the products in your basket are correct, we are not liable for any mistakes made at “checkout”. Any mistakes will be non-refundable.
By clicking on “Checkout” you give your consent to order the articles contained in your basket. The sales contract between the parties is binding once Onzé has sent the customer written confirmation of his/her order. The customer is then subject to the general conditions of sale.
The price of purchases made on www.onzeswiss.com is due in full at the time of ordering. Payment is by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
We will save your receipt and send your order details and our general conditions of sale to you by email.
For all payment methods, the customer agrees to provide true and accurate data. The use of false data and identity theft is fraud and is punishable by law under article 146 and 147 of the CC and will lead to prosecution.
Onzé does not have access to confidential information concerning the method of payment. All information entered is encrypted and sent securely to; neither Onzé nor third parties have access to it. In the case of a refund, we can credit the transaction via the same method of payment almost instantly.
Standard delivery is CHF 5.- for all orders under the value of CHF 100.- for Switzerland, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Pland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom. Orders above CHF 100.- delivery is free of charge for the countries listed above. Standard deliveries are delivered within 4-5 working days, express delivery within 1 to 2 working days, we only do express delivery in Switzerland. Delivery for the rest of the world is CHF 20.- for all orders under 100.-.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If a product is faulty, www.onzeswiss.com allows the customer to exchange or return the product and be refunded the price of the product at purchase, provided the customer adheres to the conditions and time frames described in the following paragraph.
We will refund or exchange (where stock is available) any unworn/unused products (packaging undamaged) at any time during the period from our dispatch confirmation to the end of 15 days after the day on which you receive the products. You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 15 days of collection, and coordinate with email@example.com the safe return of the item to us.
